Sounds pretty good. I've been looking at some T-bags(pricey), but I wasn't sure how well they would attach to the short sissy bar. I got some multi-adjustable bunjy cords from WalMart that work great and didn't cost much and I've been using a bunjy net for going to work. A small bag that would fit on the rack would be great.
